Order cancellation:

If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we are sorry, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out with refund or exchange.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, for reasons explained further in our Returns Policy (Returns – Festigal)

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

We will not refund for items that are returned to us in a poor condition - either from having been previously worn or in very poor packaging resulting in an unacceptable deterioration of the item.

You can submit refund requests upto 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (25 days) has expired.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
