We aim to to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping for the items made or sourced in the the UK to the UK. This includes our Homemade collections. We also provide free shipping for items not sourced in the UK, but accessed through our specially selected warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries when notified in checkout, we will contact you to discuss alternative sourcing for you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Festigal is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. However, If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility and rearrange for the original order to be sent to your correct address.
