Because our good customers take this advice and we have few returns, we have chosen to translate this into a positive customer experience by offering free postage to the vast majority of our items. But, unfortunately, we are not able to also offer this free postage in the unlikely need for item returns.
If you are not happy with your item for other reasons than defect or damage, we kindly request that you contact us by email with a description of your issue so that we can see if we can quickly resolve this for you, either by refund or exchange. If unable to resolve, for example, by offering an alternative, we request that the item is returned to us, at your expense, within 15 days, for a full refund of the purchase cost.
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product arrives defective or damaged. Please send us photos of the issue of concern. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund if we agree with your concerns. You must ship it back at your own expense, but once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase and your postage cost. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
In summary, customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We will refund your postage costs only if the item proves to be defective or damaged.
